How to Get There

Anantaya Resort and Spa sits between the sea and the lagoon near Chilaw, on the west coast north of Negombo. The airport at Katunayake is around 55 km away, about 1 hour 15 minutes by car, travelling north up the coast road past Negombo.

If you start in Colombo, it is around 85 km, about 1 hour 45 minutes on the road.

To keep arrival simple, ask us for a private transfer with a chauffeur who meets you outside arrivals. You can keep the car for touring afterwards. Allow extra time at weekends and on public holidays, when the roads out of Colombo are busier.
