How to Get There
You will find Centara Ceysands on the strip of land between the Bentota river and the sea, reached by a short boat ride. The drive from Bandaranaike International Airport covers roughly 105 km and takes 2 hours or so, travelling via the Southern Expressway, leaving it near Welipenna for the coast.
If you start in Colombo, it is around 65 km, about 1 hour 15 minutes on the road.
The coastal railway from Colombo Fort also runs along this shore, a slower but scenic alternative if you travel light.
To keep arrival simple, ask us for a private transfer with a chauffeur who meets you outside arrivals. You can keep the car for touring afterwards. Times are approximate and depend on traffic, especially around Colombo.
