How to Get There
Garton's Cape is on the coast between Koggala and Ahangama. From Bandaranaike International Airport it is about 170 km by road, about 2 hours 45 minutes, travelling via the Southern Expressway, then the coast road east of Galle.
If you start in Colombo, it is around 140 km, about 2 and a half hours on the road.
The coastal railway from Colombo Fort also runs along this shore, a slower but scenic alternative if you travel light.
